Effective Date: April 22, 2026

Website: https://structpdf.com

Company: OneChat LLC

Contact: support@structpdf.com

This Privacy Policy describes how Struct PDF, operated by OneChat LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes personal information when you access or use the website, APIs, extraction tools, schema tools, hosted functionality, and related services available through structpdf.com and its subdomains (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy is our baseline privacy policy for the Service. If we expressly agree in writing to different privacy, security, retention, or data-handling terms for a specific plan, order form, or separate agreement, those written terms will control to the extent they conflict with this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect from or about users, customers, visitors, workspace members, administrators, API users, support contacts, and other individuals who interact with the Service.

References to the Service include the functionality made available through structpdf.com and its subdomains, including any branded interfaces, endpoints, dashboards, or hosted tools we operate under the Struct PDF name.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, products, platforms, or providers that may be linked to, integrated with, or used in connection with the Service. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • account and profile information, such as name, email address, login details, workspace membership information, and similar identifiers;
  • content you submit to the Service, such as files, documents, images, requests, schemas, extracted output, feedback, support requests, and related metadata;
  • transaction, subscription, credit, and billing-related information, such as plan selections, invoices, payment status, and billing history;
  • technical, device, and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location, pages viewed, timestamps, logs, crash data, and interactions with the Service;
  • communications and correspondence, including messages you send to us for legal, support, sales, or other purposes;

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and interactions with the Service, from your organization or workspace administrators, from payment and infrastructure providers, from integrated third-party services, and from other lawful sources.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • provide, operate, authenticate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service;
  • process uploads, generate output, store content, and provide requested features and functionality;
  • manage subscriptions, billing, credits, payments, renewals, refunds, account changes, and related records;
  • monitor performance, detect abuse, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and protect the Service, users, and third parties;
  • analyze, develop, improve, train, evaluate, and optimize the Service, models, systems, and related technologies;
  • communicate with you about service updates, legal notices, security matters, support requests, and administrative issues;

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

  • service providers, contractors, and vendors that help us operate hosting, infrastructure, storage, analytics, authentication, billing, customer support, monitoring, and similar functions;
  • payment processors and billing providers to process subscriptions, transactions, and related account administration;
  • professional advisors, auditors, insurers, financing sources, and transaction counterparties in connection with corporate, legal, compliance, or business matters;
  • government authorities, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, enforcement, or protection;
  • successors, acquirers, investors, or affiliated entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction;

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers and other recipients as described in this Privacy Policy to operate and improve the Service.

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember settings, maintain sessions, keep the Service secure, measure performance, understand usage, detect abuse, and improve the Service.

You can control cookies through browser settings and other device controls, but blocking or deleting certain technologies may affect the availability, security, or functionality of the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain accounts, process transactions, support users, investigate incidents, enforce our agreements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, and pursue legitimate business interests.

Retention periods may vary by data type, account status, legal requirements, technical constraints, business needs, and whether deletion requests are subject to exceptions. Deletion may not be immediate and may be delayed by backups, logs, caches, or other technical processes.

If you request account deletion, we may place associated data into a pending-deletion state and revoke access before permanent deletion occurs. Permanent deletion generally occurs after a retention period, which is typically up to 30 days for personal accounts but may take longer where required for legal, operational, security, billing, backup, abuse-prevention, or technical reasons.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect information, and we rely in part on third-party providers that support the Service. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, privacy, or confidentiality.

9. International Processing and Third-Party Providers

We and our providers may process or store information in the United States and other jurisdictions where privacy protections may differ from those in your location. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and accessed from jurisdictions outside your place of residence, subject to applicable law.

The Service relies on third-party hosting, model, storage, infrastructure, billing, monitoring, and similar providers, and information may be handled by those providers as part of delivering the Service. You are responsible for determining whether the Service is appropriate for the content and information you choose to upload or submit.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may cancel subscriptions at any time and may delete your account through your profile settings. When you delete your account, we may revoke access immediately and delete or de-identify associated account data from active systems, subject to the exceptions described in this Privacy Policy. Some information, including logs, backups, billing records, security records, and similar operational data, may remain for a period of time for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, abuse prevention, backup integrity, and technical reasons before being deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course.

You may also be able to update certain account information directly through the Service. For other privacy requests, contact us at support@structpdf.com. We may request information necessary to verify your identity, authority, and the scope of your request before acting on it.

11. Tracking Preferences

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, the Service may not respond to "Do Not Track" signals unless and until we state otherwise.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to minors, and it is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@structpdf.com so we can review and address the situation.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Service. The updated Privacy Policy will become effective when posted or on the effective date stated in the updated version. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
